What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return approved. Accessories and custom-made items are final sale.
At Freestyle & Co., we offer nothing less than the greatest tier of service and products and will go above and will beyond to assure this is reflected in our customer service.
How long will my online order take to arrive?
Online orders take a few business days to process. We only ship within the U.S, primarily via USPS and UPS. We also offer other flat-rate shipping options. Please be aware that there may be carrier delays depending on when you order, also some merchandise exclusions may apply based on your shipping region. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or broken item in the mail?
Damaged Items. Please email email@example.com with a photo of your damaged item. It will take up to two weeks to process an exchange or store credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment Methods include all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover), Apple Pay, PayPal, and other forms of mobile pay.
How and when will I receive my gift card?
Online Gift Cards should be emailed to your registered address for the purchase within 24 hours. You can redeem them online and send them out at any amount.
